The Devil Made Me Do It

Blood & Ink sprang rapidly into existence February 2020 following a period of important ritual work around Imbolc. It is without a doubt, a chanelled deck, something that came unexpectedly into my life from an Unseen source and worked its way throught me. The entire major arcana was completed in one weekend. The minors took an additional week.

About The Cards

The cards are watercolour monoprints, first painted on glass and then printed onto A5 handmade cotton-rag paper. As I worked, additional items were used to print shapes and textures, including particularly potent materia magicae.

The creation took place defintely in an intense state of altered consciousness, fuelled by the essential materia included in the creative process.
