This practice draws on my training as a craniosacral therapist delving into some of the more metaphysical approaches in the field of osteopathy. However, it is not just for healing. Over the last 12 years, I have found that it is incredibally powerful applied to magical practices as well

The Midline practices centres you in your compass and establishes your central channel as the axis around which everything within your perception organises. This radically opens your perception up to the subtle and unseen and gives you the sheer grounding, gravity and confidence to navigate the magical space around you. The Midline practice establishes fundamental mastery and balance within your energy body and gifts you with the power of – you’ve heard me say it before – EMBODIMENT.

I maintain that our core perceptual ability as human beings is the ability to discern Self from Other. We see this on a cellular level in our body’s immune response and we continue to exercise this ability on the macro level in setting and maintaining boundaries. For empaths and the psychically sensitive, this discernment is often very difficult. But it is something that can be learned, giving you the mastery of who and what you allow to interface with your own psyche.

I hope this is becoming immediately evident how valuable this practice is to the witch, the magician, the diviner, the visionary and anyone who needs to refine their sense of the subtle fields.

This class will be run for 2.5 hours and include several short guided meditations, presentation of the theoretical framework and time for questions & sharing. You will also receive an recorded meditation to guide you in your further practice after the class. Recording will be provided to those who cannot attend live.
